6'1, 189lbs the blue lighting makes me look like a corpse. I lost like 110 lbs the last years and it left me with basically no muscle anymore.

After losing 100 lbs+, I still have these weird fatty, localized spots, like in my armpit, as indicated by the arrow. What is this and what should I do now? Looks like I barely have muscle left and wearing a skin suit 3 sizes too big. I am 6'1, 185 lbs, InBody gave me 18.5% bf with low muscle mass.

Additional info: I am hypothyroid.
