Orochimaru takes time out of his schedule to hate the Hokage for picking the Fourth, Jiraya, Tsunade, and Naruto over him. I find it hilarious that Orochimaru doesn't have personal hatred for Naruto given his dad is Hokage. His Japanese is strange because Orochimaru sees the Third as a father who failed him and Tsunade as a friend enough to revive Dan with Edo Tensei. Naruto only opposed him out of duty to the Leaf, but never personally venomous the same way Goku spits venom at Babidi for stealing talent.
Tanjiro would see past that above good and evil BS these old anime villains do, then cut them. Orochimaru is just useful for reversing the modifications the same way the scientist in Taiminin reverses all those transformations.
