yeah me too...it would be a shame if it somehow didn't work, but i figured out i'll just push forward the machine and that somehow worked???? maybe something was pushing against the back...thank FUCK it worked, it's brand new, bought this year after our last one went in flames (it started to smell like burning stuff)
