Basically you "Receipt out" the Bitcoin, and then the oligarchs can write themselves a trillion bitcoins for spending on whatever pleases the Jewish-Christian Supremacy in America, and all the young people will be soaking up all of those paper-bitcoins in their swipable credit cards, and when it gets so large that everyone can't possibly "Clearance" their paper bitcoin to on-chain bitcoin, then a law will be passed that nobody can have their real bitcoin.
