Therapist or doctor? cuz therapists sells words for hopeless guys. I mean yeah they help but if you’re done they can’t do anything.

I went to a therapist before taking meds but it didn’t help, like he was trying to water a dead plant. Then, I went to a hospital because of breath issues, turns out the problem was because of anxiety and depression not a physical issue. Doctor prescribed Escitalopram (10mg) to me, I didn’t see results until 6 months! So you gotta wait, for me it was hell.

Also, very important point, when you’re taking your meds, you have to help yourself. Go to gym, get friends, play video games or sports, do whatever you like.
