50% of the issue is the fact that everyone in this situation is (no offense) a traumatized, mentally ill addict woman, so shit is bound to be dysfunctional. 25% of the issue is trannies just having a lot of baggage and shit in general because life sucks for them, so there's a lot of sensitive topics for them and many of them are on high alert about how others feel about them. 25% of the issue is you making a social faux pax and trying too hard to course correct.
