Using placeholder values to calculate NEZ and assuming that the plot has real data and the units is km:
(Max range, NEZ, ballistic range, deltaV)
PL-12 - 53 km, 23 km, 40 km, 600 m/s
PL-15 - 180 km, 100 km, 140 km, 1450 m/s
PL-16 - 270 km, 120 km, 200 km, 1750 m/s
For comparison
AMRAAM (newest booster) 120-180 km, 40-60 km, 90 km, 1250 m/s
I notice an abnormally high NEZ for the PL15 and IMO there's a misconception with its engine, they aren't delaying the burnout but the opposite, it's as fast as possible to improve its NEZ, besides it's obvious they aren't using TVC so delaying the burnout would be meaningless, it's optimized for high mean velocity.
