those seem like good basics! make sure to get a sponge or a face brush or something to blend stuff out. i recommend a cream blush to start out with if you can find one!
in terms of further stuff you could get you could try something for your brows? i would just get a brow pencil to start with or some clear gel. if you want to focus on the base i also really love using 2 in 1 contouring sticks like these that are available cheap in loads of places. good way to start to practice shaping the face and you can blend it out to look extremely subtle.
oh and the one thing missing from that list is some kind of setting product. traditionally its powder but you could get away with a setting spray instead for a dewier look if you like!
