Artemis is also very efficient, but it's just concerned with keeping Shuttle program levels of funding flowing to old STS contractors instead of any of that nerd shit like going back to the moon. That's why they're so impressed about a 3D render of a design for a thrust structure. It's a great triumph in welfare contracting.
