Sarajevo-vok was also mishandled, but to a lesser extent than Viccy, since he went through a "fuck bhaal" character arc too, but in this game he just handwaves that away with a letter in his office that basically says "you know what? maybe I was wrong, maybe bhaal is actually cool" which is lame but at least they acknowledged it. They don't even acknowledge that they make Viccy betray one of her motivating character traits from the past games.
