Idk, being able to create warrior lodges if you are hellenic, being the easiest skill to level up and increasing both your levies and retinue is pretty damn good.
Most is mosdef Stewardship and Learning, if you already had loads of Hermetics artefacts its goated so you can join a monastic society, satanist, assassins or warrior lodge and reap all the boons + more tech spread.
Even without the societies, its fun to be a warrior king, doubly fun to be a crusader king, having the Crown Helm artefact and just rape any non-Christians around.
