Tama is basically the new strongest power card, but if you already have Ardan she's not that big of an upgrade since you can already cap power with Ardan and she gives more SP. But Tama gives 2 gold skills that work for all umas while also getting another one from the scenario link, so she lets you use all of those extra SP that would otherwise be wasted on useless skills.
