Sadly I'm not that much into conversion, I might get resin to add some helmet and print gallic-like shield for my mournfag cavalry. I do plan to replace the sabretooth by boars, to keep with the theme.

But in the end, most of my customization end up being painting the ogre with celtic skin tones and hairs, and trying to paint braccae. I think it fit the army better than the "mongol" thematic.
