I would "hire" her to give her a sense of purpose at first. I would have her pass a fake interview first to make her feel like she is eligible for the position. This would give her a small sense of worth. The position I would hire her for would have some bullshit title and description so I could have her do whatever. Then over time we would go through experiences through which she would grow or her fears would be laid to rest.
