Honestly Jasmine and Celesteela for a steel repeat, they broke the rule of repeating types and base mons, s fuck it, why not base an arc suit off a random seasonal or sc. I was also disappointed how SC Jasmine´s ex wasn´t based on shiny celesteela so an arc suit could fix that.

If we were to get steel repeat, Jasmine´s main rival or concern is Gloria and Zacian. But outside of that, I think she´s got decent enough chances to be the second steel representative
