What do you guys eat to lose weight? I was about to ask on /fit/ but I wanted to specify extremely low calorie stuff to get skinny and I thought about how they would’ve told me to take that gay shit to /lgbt/ so now I’m here. For reference I only eat once a day really so calories don’t matter but I’d prefer around 500 or less.
