Loved Mount and Blade and even enjoyed the sequel even if it has some glaring fucking problems with it. I remember playing Silent Hunter 1 or 2 on an old old computer as a kid - thanks for reminding me about that series imma see what they got on Steam.

They're naysayers. With Darth Mod it's one of the best in the series and I know you may need an addon to make it playable but once you do you see all the mechanics, combat and stuff all shine through. For instance, I've spent the last hour fighting a huge multi stage battle against numerous types of enemies across all types of terrain that culminates in a huge fight for the fortress (which I eventually won). The lids have had to navigate through a town all the way up to the walls against waves of enemies, they have to try defend small hamlet from a wave of nasty forest Seethers, we've got to position our artillery on the best spot so we can hit the walls.
We finally win, it almost over, the boys marching towards are a world free from DWP sanctions.
