yeah i do that pretty much. it kinda feels like i drop a huge weight off my shoulders each time i write. a lot of my journal is just complaining and whining and its quite depressing as a result... but i also try to write what i did during the day.

whenever i have bad thoughts i try to attribute them to my brain. my brain and i are two different entities, and so i whenever i feel bad or i think about bad things i blame it. it helps with coping in a way.
