I'd probably do something like this to mix buffs and debuffs for the refine and support, but fliers have a lot of options. Could go phantom res for a better ploy check, rein snap or a tempest skill with rein seal for a more reliable buff and movement if not using sigurd ring and using Eirika or Micaiah instead (or even Ike), Atk/Def Excel and DC echo or soaring echo. No Quarter with a different B is also possible but there aren't that many good ones, since she's way too slow to use Wyvern Rift unfortunately. She's not out of this world amazing but it seems pretty good while also giving out rally spectrum is nice
