Yeah, it’s the sort of thing you’d mostly do for laughs. Though if you get into a situation that her cultivation specializes in (maybe some powerful purification magic is called for), I could see you hanging back and actually playing the mascot role.

Maybe there are minor cultivation styles, ones that only grant simple powers but are quick and easy to learn. Like you cultivate for a few weeks and learn how to float, or become more resistant to heat and cold, or gain weak telekinesis.

I could see that. As for Venti’s look, you could say that Zhon Li just so happens to have a scroll about arrays for beginners, which includes a basic Heart Piece forming array.
