This has been said over and over and over and over again, and people just do not listen. You need to eat properly. You need to eat fiber. You need to take a fiber supplement 4x per day, and then if you feel like you have to go, don't do anal. I literally never have to clean out.
If you don't feel like fiber, you can do what I did for years. Only eat breakfast. If you only eat breakfast you will only need to use the bathroom once per day in the morning. So after that you're free for whatever. Those years I could drop my drawers anywhere and get dicked down, morning was unfortunately off limits.
It's pretty amazing the freedom you have once your get your body into a rhythm. Suddenly you just basically have an extra sex organ that moonlights as waste disposal once per morning. I used to get all hot and bothered at work and be able to finger myself no issues, whenever. Sometimes I would go on bathroom breaks just to get laid, because everyone else was going to the bathroom, why can't I?
It makes wearing a plug fun because... well you know, it's not holding anything back, it's just in there. You can do ATM too, if that's your jam. Sometimes I like it. Obviously you can still use a bulb while having this regimen, but you'll find nothing ever comes out. Back when I ate once a day I used to squirt some lube inside me if I knew I was seeing someone later so he could just put it in with no fuss.
Some people just accept that poo is just a part of anal sex, and yeah, everyone's been there. But I don't think it's acceptable unless you have a poo fetish, and I don't. I will jump through as many hoops as necessary to have clean anal sex.
Oh, and as far as bulbing goes... if you put more than a bulb in at a time you will move past the sigmoid or whatever, and water will enter your intestines and activate the poo protocols. Unless you're doing very deep play you want to do one bulb at a time, and make certain you completely expel it before taking another.
