Not him and I don't even have any folders for gfs past Saki yet, but personally in an attempt to declutter a bit I made a yuri folder (with some pretty lenient use of the term yuri so it can just serve as a 2 girls folder for the most part) and a cosplay folder since I've been saving more cosplays lately. Needless to say it didn't take long for my stuff to become cluttered again out of neglect, and even the yuri folder became hard to navigate and needs subfolders now like specific gf pairs. Every time I tell myself I'll have it all sorted by the time the next gf comes, and then she does and I end up with more images that make it harder to find stuff.
