Best way to play the game is still the og with the usual fanpatches and rebalance mods
Extremely baffled by the minor attempts at rebalancing the OS upgrades, why even bother?

Also I might be going insane but in all the times I've replayed the game, with or without mods, I don't think you ever had to power up the bball court again to send the transmission even though it makes sense
