Honestly, look at your picture. Any society that believes this systematically is inferior, you disrespect 50% of your population that could be a potential workforce, military, scholars, because of a regressive belief that cannot be proven. If the argument was soley "women need to bear children and cannot be dostracted from this most important task" I could understand if that exludes them from being assigned to physical labor and other external dangers in your world, but it's a statement made out of backwards ANCIENT beliefs.
Really, I appreciate the Legion for being a faction of "harsh times call for harsh measures, survival and rebuilding stability is more important than comforts", but 2 major flaws with that;

Slave labor, indoctrination to give all to the state and leader with an iron fist, I understand. I do not understand the need for pseudo religious condemnation or enforcement on those beliefs to other societies, and only appears as a philosophy that simply funnels into the belief the Legion should be all-consuming and take over all people.
Why don't they use guns 90% of the time? Why's medicine treated as witchcraft unless it's Caesar's personal autodoc?

They are raiders, they make no exports and destroy most all resources they could to produce exported commodities. The society will collapse upon itself when they take over the west and realize they only focus on production of agriculture.
