Only played GE and only when it was early access (and that arena fight demo) but I can pretty well say no on that one.
Arrowfell looks kinda nice, Wayforward do presentation well but it looks as basic as GE. Haven't played it, would say no.
There's nothing RWBY related worth playing except the soundtrack. JPDE is alright but it's a VN, you don't play it you just click and read the words on the screen.
