6'3", 209 lbs this morning. Last DEXA I got in February, I was at 15% at 218 lbs. So with margin of error, call it 15-18%.
I've been meaning to cut back down to 10-12% but I've been half assing it for five months and not keeping a consistent deficit. I expect I'm still 15-18% right now, despite being nine pounds lighter.

Us former fatties pay for our sins for the rest of our lives. For me, if I'm not sub-12%, they look about like that.
