Nah, I leaguestarted CaptainLance's energy blade sanctum farmer and couldn't be assed leveling a new character when I got bored of sanctum, so I grabbed his new pob and copied a CoC pivot build that he had there.

Lancing steel of spraying + Ice Spear of Splitting. I was using eye of winter as the dmg spell until I got enough dps to change. I still need to use it for T17s and such.
Here's a bonus: pausing at the wrong time can stop "Flask is reused at the end of the effect" loops which cucked me a few times with this Balbala build.
