This is exactly the type of card I wanted Hazoret's Undying Fury to be 8 years ago and it pains me that I'll never have an opportunity to take advantage of it in standard or older formats because of how fast every format has become. I at least had a chance to cast Hazoret's Undying Fury back then and hope it hit some big creatures that CoCo couldn't hit. If I somehow manage to cast Random Encounter today, I've probably already won the game.
