at the start of mission, press 2 and spam her four to build her meter, it doesnt cost energy if it doesnt hit enemies. jump into a crowd of enemies and press 3 then 4, with enough enemies on fire you should have a percentage boost to strength, if you have roar subsumed thats when you use it. alternate between 4 and 3.
