You don't have to worry about "routine," bro.
Pick a couple exercises that workout the muscles you're concerned about. Heck, just pick one. Then do that until you're tired. Your body will thank you and you'll discover all kinds of new things about yourself and the gym and the machines and the freeweights before you even know it.
Heck, nearly every chapter of Danberu is titled the exercise it details. Just pick a chapter that has an exercise you want to know about, then do that. It'll show you how to do it, where to do it, the best way to do it, what it can do for you, and then show you humorously cute girls doing them.
And, if you're convinced you need a "routine," there are, in fact, many chapters that DO give you a routine of exercises (and their reps x sets) for you to try if you have a goal of something in mind.
Seriously. Give the manga a try. You'll be surprised how helpful (and funny) it actually is. Even for some Japanese guys just writing a cartoon.
