Why the fuck do we not have a biting Dragon or Rock move yet? It's the simplest concept ever and both types could desperately use some variety in their movepools.

I find myself in an odd position, a rock and a hard place if you will, I love fossils and a lot of Rock types, but I also adore Charizard. Granted Charizard is also languishing in PU or ZU (don't remember properly) in gen 9 because it's not a hyper min-maxxed broken mon with a busted ability.
If anything the issue has always been Stealth Rock, arguably the worst move ever designed in the series, up there with Knock Off and Scald.
