so true lol. instrumental postrock killed the whole fucking genre i think. bands wouldn't calm down for 2 days with the releases back in it's heyday, everyone and their mother was forming bands and releasing an album daily. turned one of the more exciting genres into something so mundane and uninspired in the span of what, 3-4 years? mental how fast it went to shit
