Susie could perfectly equip Ribbons/Swords on later chapters BUT I'll give that to you. It could be either Ralsei lying about Susie being the Girl or lying about that specific detail.
And yet if Susie isn't the Girl why is she here? Unless Ralsei is using her to rescue Dess/prepare Noel for the role in some way
