Why exactly are the "Noelle is the girl" and the "there's 4 heroes" theories so popular? There's nothing that points to that being correct other than circumstantial evidence like the Snowgrave route or Noelle technically being able to equip swords but if Noelle is ACTUALLY the girl wouldn't Ralsei show far more interest towards Noelle rather than Susie? Hell, if Noelle is the girl then why is Ralsei choosing Susie instead?

What's even the point of the Weird Route? At least in Undertale's genocide route you gain levels+HP and become harder to kill, but in Deltarune you get fuckall. You go through the trouble of freezing a whole bunch of enemies, including your own classmate, and you don't even get anything for it. A few NPCs call it "freedom" but so far it looks like they're full of shit.

The 4 Heroes theory is pretty idiotic since it's pretty clearly stated that "On hopes and dreams they send. Three heroes at world's edge"

Because Noelle's fucking psycho. Ralsei knows she's probably involved, he just doesn't want her to. Kris knows Noelle is a risk, that's why Kris gets upset about Wierd route encouraging Noelle's violent tendencies.

Literally everything in the game points towards Noelle being a literal ticking bomb that will fuck over everyone and everything if she gets a say about what happens at the wrong moment. Ralsei was probably relieved to see Susie, an actually heroic character, was the one who fell down into the closet, and that's why he was so insistent she had to act like a hero and try to take a spot in the prophecy. Then it turns out Susie is also the girl Noelle is crushing on and so there's still a big chance she'll somehow follow that thread back into relevance.

That's why Ralsei was so insistent on Kris and/or (You) being with Susie at the festival or even inviting her to stuff on his behalf if you didn't want to. He desperately wants Noelle to stay the fuck away and not be relevant.

The prophecy was talking about Kris, Noelle, and Ralsei.
Dark world battles are the same as in Dragon Blazers, Noelle's favorite game, and the Knight? Is her long lost sister.(Inevitable mother 3 parallel)
Kris and Noelle ultimately are both the heroes and the lovers of the game, but unfortunately with the correct prophecy the world was going to end and become what we see in Undertale.
But here comes Susie, potentially someone that Gaster created in other to defy the fate, thus why one of the followers is directly talking about her.
Susie constantly fucks over the game, breaks the rules, and stand ups against control.
She will be both the hero that saves the world, and a villain who are going to stay in your way later down the line.
With Susie in, the lightworld will be saved thus preventing Undertale from happening, but for what to happen the darkworld will have to disappear for good.
That's when Susie becomes the villain, the dragon, for her the darkworld is everything, she will be the ulit sacrifice in order to achieve the happiest ending.
She will seal herself, either becoming an eternal part of dark world completely cutting herself from the lightworld, or becoming a seal.
Ultimate, I think the game will end with Kris and Noelle staying in light world, while Susie and Ralsei forever stay in the darkworld.

From an ingame perspective weird route is pointless. Freezing or beating up enemies is the same. Snowgrave doesnt even kill but put Berdly in a coma, which Kris could easily do without magic. Mindbreaking Noelle is pointless because she's extremely weak willed from the start and will go on a date with anyone who asks her. Noelle doesnt cast snowgrave until youve already beaten SNEO, and she doesnt help ever again.

What do you MEAN "not a thing in the game at all"? If you fight any of the enemies in-game, they run before you can kill them. They do not die. You can't kill them. The only enemies you can kill are the titan spawn, indicated by the red "dust" effect.
Noelle is the exception to this. Her ice magic freezes them before they can run. Yes, this is an intentional mechanic. You should really pay more attention to that.

Ralsei is definitely not a normal darkner, or a darkner at all, but I don't buy that he's the vessel.
1- He looks nothing like the vessel I made
2- He specifically looks like Asriel, and his name is an anagram, so he HAS to have some connection to Asriel
3- It'd be too much of an asspull, the vessel has to come up in a more substantive way in the story, whenever it does.

I have a few theories:
1- He's actually a lightner that's stuck in the dark world and can't leave for some reason. Possibly Asriel himself.
2- He's a darkner version of Asriel, that Asriel left on purpose to guide Kris someday when he grew up. Or maybe it's leftovers of Asriel's innocence or something when he grew up to be an adult?
3- He's a darkner that's created from something other than physical objects, possibly Kris' memory of Asriel.
4- Kris keeps a picture or a keepsake of Asriel on him at all times, and Ralsei is a darkner born from that item, and he's connected to Kris, which is why he's special.
Considering that Kris knows how to create dark worlds, and also seems to have meta knowledge to some degree, possibly even knowing as much as the Knight does, it would make enough sense that Ralsei would know as much as he does too.
