That True Romance cover of Sinner Takes All made me think of Gary Oldman in the same movie and his dreadlocks. Then that reminded me of MJ during Todd's adjectiveless sporting frizzy hair kinda like a black woman.

All that to say, symbiotes could emulate any hair style and MJ with it could have fun and basically swap through all her styles over the years as well as AU references like the MTV hairstyle she had.

Too bad Gomez isn't allowed or given space yet to do that. Writers kinda swallow up a lot of the fun sometimes. I mean Ewing seems better than Slott and other BND guys but he still kinda seems like he isn't trying too hard and that's all Marvel's fault basically. At least the history is addressed somewhat.

I like the bald look don't get me wrong but what styles would you like to see? Anne had her classic pixie cut, and more recent longer hair during the flashback that looked like Gwen. What else would work? Oh and obviously these designs could have teeth, tongue, and mini-heads if necessary. I do like that about stuff like Rival's squirrel girl incorporating ideas in that way.
