IF you can find a doctor who will do informed consent, which is fucking rare enough as it is and none of them bulk bill, you still have to deal with the fact that they're the ones who are going to be controlling your dose even though they have no idea what they're doing and are more concerned about getting in trouble themselves than making sure you're getting what you need. And then there's blood tests, body exams, mental health screens, everything is a fucking fight.
And then we're expected to be grateful or whatever because it's all on the PBS, but I'm paying my doctor more than the medicine costs anyway. And don't you dare complain about this because then they'll drop you as a patient and you'll get nothing.
Seriously, I am 100% that the reason Sandrena, which for a long time was the only gel on the PBS, is in the little sachets is just so cis doctors can control me.
