current owner suffers from audiophilia. it's terminal i'm afraid. the site having like a million deleted links all over it siphoned all traffic over to their discord. most people have left/ignore it now since you don't get anything out of it. it's one of those servers where you can scroll up and see weeks worth of dates on a single page.

the site has a comment blotter with one from the owner about 5 years ago now complaining about total data loss. i'm thinking that means all new submissions are now just for buffing/rebuilding his personal collection, which is likely not even vocaloid.
