There’s been lots of misinfo spread on deeming Peggy the strongest in KOTHverse and demoting Bobby to 2nd place, when this is plainly not true for several reasons

For one, Luanne clearly demonstrates a strength disparity with Peggy on several occasions. Luanne is confirmed to have higher durability in boxing than George Foreman, was able to destroy a vending machine with a rugby tackle when Peggy could not with a battering ram, and overpowered Minh in wrestling (who is comparable to Peggy).

What is more, Bobby is the only known KOTH character to have ever defeated Dale, who has defeated the Alley Trio on his own in combat and is a master of the deadliest martial arts known to mankind (scaling him far above George Foreman)

Peggy’s victory over Bobby was on its facts because of a psychological factor, she bluffed the pain away in order to intimidate Bobby into retreat, from where she put Bobby into a suckerhold.
