Most people who are into "the occult" are that way anyway. like almost everything in the global culture, it has become more about what to incorporate into the collage of consumption that is your self - although to be fair, occultism has always been about borrowing stuff you don't understand and trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. It's either strictly aesthetic or a form of role play to make us feel better about our lives. I'm sure there are some over on /x/ that you could really talk with, but the anonymity does make it a lot easier for people to bullshit about subjects that already include a lot of bullshit

Oh, OK. I'm flattered to be included! maybe it's just shitposting but I don't know how people couldn't tell the differences in typing style, taste, and so on between these individuals. this is just running up against the classic self-insert v. character creation divide. If I had to choose one I enjoyed the idea of the camel better, but ultimately I'm just making builds I think are fun. People can read them or include them on the build list but I don't think this general is really the venue for actual role play, so why would it matter how many someone makes?
