Saw today at gym the qt natural redhead gym.
Walked up and asked if she has a lot of sets on back extensions.
She smiled and said 2 sets.
I replied "ok take your time" and went to do pullups nearby
She was finished and had a heavy dumbbell there in front, which i assumed she used, and i could use too.
So i said "leave the dumbbell, i will use it"
