em5 mk 2, oly 30mm and fl-lm3 flash. All the early photos your refering to had a DIY paper diffuser. Im not experimenting with a 3d printed one I found on ebay, but I may need to wrap it in something to reduce specular highlights. Pic related is another sleeping pantaloon bee (I believe)
