Following a comprehensive review of our Q2 operational metrics — specifically those pertaining to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as aggregate fan acquisition and member activity status — it has been observed that our performance trajectory has exhibited a material decline relative to established benchmarks.
In alignment with the strategic direction set forth by the Board, the following policy enhancements will be implemented with immediate effect to safeguard and amplify our brand equity as a leading (albeit non-competitive) organization within our sector:
>Daily Engagement Output Requirement: Minimum of 2M fans accrued per day, performance to be monitored via the centralized, real-time tracking worksheet.
>Proactive Visibility Touchpoints:
Submission of a minimum of two daily “shoe requests” within the club communication channel.
>Planned Absence Protocol:
Submission of a formalized, motivated leave request no less than 14 days prior to anticipated inactivity.
>Cultural Cohesion Initiative:
Deployment of a “Good Morning” sticker within the club chat on a daily basis to foster sustained morale alignment.
These measures are designed to maintain our prestige positioning and ensure continued market relevance.
