No. But they are trying to weed out certain undesirable traits. When I was 20 I went for a job interview, they were impressed that I had been a GM for a year at such a young age. Then they asked me why I quit. I told them the truth. The owner was a corrupt psychopath who threatened me with a big knife over some nonsense, and didn't care that one of the assistant managers was selling drugs in the parking lot to employees and trying to fuck the high school girls who worked there.
The mood instantly changed in the room, especially the woman's. I was too naive at the time to realize I had just outed myself as a potential Whistleblower.
