Unsure if you really want this advice, but I do recommend finding a girlfriend to share this with. It's helped massively for how I feel about myself and this... I suppose, disease of the mind? Thanks to her presence, I no longer consume porn as much as I did (and even when I do, it's always her on my mind). I genuinely believe she is a gift given directly from God Himself. I love her so much, and I feel blessed to have her. I know she feels the same. I pray He gives as much to you as He has given to me.
