NOT the anon you are replying to, but I have thought about this for some time, and I have some potential solutions to the classic "submissive fetishes seek bad end". However, each one has their own pros/cons in terms of appeal.

Yeah I could see that being an issue, the diapers being some sort of secondary thing to the actual game, rather than the focal point of it.
