Have you been using your coconut water to buy the skill cards and level up your buddy skills? It might not seem like it but that extra damage is crucial on your Attackers like Locke.
Also, you should swap Kumo for Code:B like other people said. He's useless here.
Don't be afraid to spend some time levelling up your units to 40 though, there's still 2 weeks of the event to go.
