Nope, just warm water and a small amount of dish soap, maybe a q tip (the cone shaped ones are best) to make sure you get all the dust out of nooks and crannies, I get really annoyed when I see dust caught in the hair sculpt. Wash off the suds and let the figure dry, it’ll be completely fine.

Pic related, I got a very dusty Satsuki recently and had to wash the grime off her, you can see it on her arm before I got in there with a q tip and got her sparkling clean.
