I don't think they have a particularly strong sisterly bond in the first place, what with Vexh killing their dad/brother and whatnot. I think there's enough to piece together that R0 Vexh wouldn't outright kill Eva without reason, but beyond that there's little affection there; I think Vehx has a line in Rebellion suggesting she'd be willing to spare Kamyuhn, which might imply the bare minimum of some sentiment on her part.
