it comes down to how India has very little in terms of education about the Holocaust or WW2 in general and thinks of Hitler as just another angry ruler, whose failures left him seen as a comical failure amongst them
it's why they have things like Hitler ice cream cones over there
there's also the part where many Indians idealize someone like Hitler, whose strict direction would end up being beneficial to somewhere like India in their eyes
