These are truly some of the worst takes I have ever read. I have been collecting toys, and Star Wars specifically, since childhood. I have never stopped collecting, and I have been spending my own money since I started earning it, so I have been there year in year out. I've seen how this shit has gone from toys aimed at children, to splitting into a kid's line and a "collector line" then dropping the illusion that any of this is for kids, jacking up the prices and then creating a subline in another kids line in order to feed off that demographic.
Understand that the Epic line is NOT a Star Wars line, it is a dedicated subline brand, and also understand this Hasbro as a corporate entity absolutely does not give a shit about you, your opinions, or your wants. They only care about gouging your wallet as much as possible and have been frog-boiling us for years trying to accept paying ever increasing prices for less stuff (fewer accessories/paint apps/swappable parts/articulation) at worse quality. It's not about being "poor" it's about not being ripped off. I am not paying for a deluxe Transformer, when it costs the same price a Leader class figure cost just a couple years ago.
Hasbro is not your friend.
